TOS Foundation Africa is the result of a lifelong commitment to equity, access, and justice. Through her leadership, TOS Foundation Africa has grown into a driving force for inclusive development. From shaping national policy conversations to delivering grassroots education initiatives, her work exemplifies what it means to lead with both vision and impact.
Chief Osasu brings global training and deep local understanding to her work. She holds degrees from Stonehill College and Northeastern University in the United States, and has completed advanced leadership programmes at the University of Oxford and Harvard University. These experiences have informed her uniquely strategic approach—one that pairs evidence-based advocacy with community-rooted action.
A passionate champion for women’s political representation, she has played a central role in advocating for Nigeria’s Reserved Seats for Women Bill, engaging lawmakers, state governors, and civic leaders to push the bill toward a historic Third Reading. Her ability to bridge elite spaces and grassroots movements is a hallmark of her leadership.
As a mother, a mentor, and a builder of institutions, Chief Osasu continues to inspire a new generation of African changemakers. Her founding vision for TOS Foundation Africa remains clear: to create systems that work for women and girls, not in theory, but in practice.

Founded in 2016 by Chief Mrs. Osasu Igbinedion Ogwuche, the Foundation was built on a bold vision: to transform the systems that shape daily life in Africa—through leadership, through equity, and through action.
We work across Nigeria and the continent to ensure that women have a voice in the rooms where decisions are made, that young people can hold their governments accountable, and that access to education, health care, and opportunity is not determined by gender, geography, or income.
Our Purpose
At TOS Foundation Africa, we exist to change outcomes in the the systems that shape people’s lives. Our work is built for scale, grounded in local realities, and designed to produce sustainable, measurable change.We focus on the structural levers that determine equity: policy reform, institutional accountability, community leadership, and narrative power.
From supporting First Ladies in all 36 states to advocate for reproductive health funding, to training legislators on how to track their performance using our civic tech tools, to moving gender-inclusive governance bills through parliament, we bring solutions that are both bold and practical.
