HerCademy Leadership Institute

Developing Women Who Lead, Legislate, and Leave a Legacy.

The HerCademy Leadership Institute (HLI) is a flagship leadership development programme equipping women with the tools, networks, and confidence to drive meaningful change in Nigeria’s political and governance landscape.

About the Programme

The HerCademy Leadership Institute is an initiative of TOS Foundation Africa, supported by the Embassy of Switzerland in Abuja. It is designed for women ready to run for a seat in the legislative arm of government.

Through a curated curriculum, expert facilitation, and real world legislative exposure, HLI prepares participants to navigate Nigeria’s political environment with clarity and conviction.

We do not just teach leadership. We create leaders
